Our WSIB Case Audit, is a valuable tool for every injured or ill worker. Whether your claim was from the 1980s, '90s or more recent, or whether your file is closed or active, not knowing what you are entitled to or may be entitled to receive under your WSIB claim can leave you in a perpetual state of uncertainty!

What the audit includes
WSIB Case Audit Written Report
The WSIB Case Audit includes a detailed report of all the benefits that you were or may be eligible for under the legislation specific to your claim date.
Appeal Ready Review & Recommendations.
Our review also includes identifying if your case is appeal ready, or if other action is required to increase your chances of success.
Itemized Action Plan
An Itemized Action Plan describing all necessary actions required to pursue each of the identified benefit(s).
Case Audit Report Review Meeting
Once the WSIB Case Audit has been completed, a meeting will be set up with the person who conducted your Case Audit to go over the Audit Report and discuss the Action Plan along with the next steps.
WSIAT Case Audit & Appeal Ready Review
Your appeal is finally at the WSIAT or on its way. It’s your last chance to get justice. Are you ready? You owe it to yourself to do everything possible to make sure you're ready and know what to prepare for. Much like with our WSIB Case Audit, you will be provided with a detailed audit of your case, including how the various laws governing workplace injuries and occupational diseases apply to your case and a detailed report outlining our findings and recommendation. The audit is done by an expert with over three decades of dealing with the WSIB and WSIAT and extensive experience in all three of the significant legislative changes of the past 40 years.

Audit Report With Appeal Ready Review & Recommendations
Our review includes identifying if your case is appeal ready, or if other action is required to increase your chances of success.
Tribunal Jurisprudence, Discussion Papers & Decisions
We Also review and consider relevant Tribunal Jurisprudence, Tribunal Discussion Papers, Expert Assessor Reports, and canvas any decisions made by the Tribunal in matters closely aligned with your appeal, all of which is included in the review and provided in our report.
Itemized Action Plan
An Action Plan describing all the recommended actions required to pursue each of the identified benefit(s).
Case Audit Report Review Meeting
