There are a very limited number of reasons the WSIB could  legally use to stop paying you LOE benefits.

1. You have fully recovered from your injury or illness,
2. Your doctor has cleared you to go back to your regular pre-accident job and you decided not to and,
3. Your doctor has cleared you to return to work with restrictions and you chose not to.

If none of the above apply, the WSIB had no right to cut you off.
